All minors (17 years of age and under) are not permitted to sit at the bar during Happy Hour or scheduled events. Scheduled events include darts, horseshoes, pool league, and all coming events posted on the board

All children 15 years of age and under must be off the premises by 9:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters, etc. will be permitted on club premises. 

No minors (17 years of age and under) are permitted to use the pool table or shuffleboard unless playing with an adult.

All non-members must vacate the premises when a scheduled event is over. 

Any member who rents the hall for a private party must pay in advance for the hall rental. The only exception for not paying for hall rentals is for a funeral luncheon for a member or their family. 

Time limit for a hall rental is 4 hours.  No hall rental may run past midnight.  The only exception is for a wedding reception.

Ways and Means must be notified at least 10 days in advance of the requested rental and calendar marked.

Bar cahairman must be notified at least 10 days in advance to schedule a bartender.

Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the hall renter or an additional fee of $100 will be assessed.  Cleanup includes: kitchen, bar, tables, floor swept, trash to dumpster and outside area (if used during party)

Any exception request for hall rental MUST be brought to the Ways & Means Chairman and Commodore for approval.
